Shipping

Processing time

Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your payment is received and again once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Carriers

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Carrier selection is based on destination, package weight, and cost efficiency. If you have a carrier preference, include it in your order notes and we will accommodate it when possible.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and opening the order detail page. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Delivery time

Domestic delivery typically takes three to five business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. Rural or remote addresses may take an additional one to two business days. We do not guarantee delivery dates but provide tracking so you can monitor progress.

Packaging

Lyophilised products are sealed in airtight vials and shipped in padded, temperature-stable packaging. During warm months, cold packs may be included to maintain product integrity in transit. Store products in a freezer immediately upon receipt.

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes in all cases; if your order requires a physical address we will contact you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are legal to possess in your jurisdiction.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement or refund at our discretion.
