1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Research Use Only Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified research professional or institution to purchase. We may request verification of age or institutional affiliation before fulfilling an order.
3. Ordering and payment
All orders must be placed through the website. We accept manual payment by Venmo, Zelle, or ACH bank transfer. Payment instructions are provided at checkout. Orders are not considered accepted until payment is confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping unless otherwise stated. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Shipping times depend on carrier schedules and your location. Tracking information is provided once the order ships. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and refunds
Because our products are research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for opened or used products. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will review and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Research use restriction
All products are sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. See our Research Use Only Policy for the full restriction.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedBio RX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
