What payment methods do you accept?

We accept manual payment by Venmo, Zelle, and ACH bank transfer. Payment instructions for your chosen method are displayed at checkout and again on your order confirmation page. Include your order number in the payment note or memo so we can match it quickly.

How do I reference my order number when paying?

Your order number (for example, MBR-123456) is generated at checkout. When sending payment through Venmo, Zelle, or ACH, include this order number in the payment note, description, or memo field. This helps us confirm your payment within one business day.

What does your testing cover?

Every lot is tested for purity by HPLC, identity by mass spectrometry, endotoxins by LAL, heavy metals by ICP-MS, sterility, and microbial bioburden. The full panel is published per lot in our COA Library. See our Testing Methodology page for a detailed explanation of each test.

How do I read a Certificate of Analysis?

Each COA lists the lot number, product name, testing date, laboratory name, and results for each test in the panel. Purity is reported as a percentage. Endotoxin is reported in EU per milligram. Identity is confirmed or not confirmed. Heavy metals, sterility, and microbial results are reported as pass or fail with quantitative data where applicable. If you have questions about a specific COA, contact us with the lot number.

How should products be stored?

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, lyophilised peptides should be stored in a freezer at -20 degrees Celsius or colder, protected from light and moisture. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Once reconstituted, storage conditions may differ; consult the product-specific instructions on the label or product page.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment is confirmed. Domestic shipping typically takes three to five business days depending on the carrier and your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once the order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Can I return a product?

Because our products are research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for opened or used items. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description for review.

Are your products for human use?
